Soon from March 23, the Japan Fashion Week will start at Tokyo Midtown.

But the day before Japan Fashion Week kick off, there a big show for the ‘SHINMAI PROJECT’.

Shinmai Project is a gateway into the world’s fashion industry for up- and-coming designers.
Designers from all over the world can entrée into the Japanese fashion market to introduce their brand/fashion line in Japan. Shimai Project committee will choose capable young designers from both inside and outside of Japan. Introduced in the form of shows and exhibitions/business meetings during theJapan Fashion Week in Tokyo.

This year, A Degree Fahrenheit, Akane Utsunomiya, Fabiola Arias and The Indivisualists are selected to do a show at Japan Fashion Week.

I am especially interested in A DEGREE FAHRENHEIT, very a vant garde. I study a little bit about the designer, Yu Amatsu and found out that he used to live in New York. No wonder his collection looks amazing.
